Mohammad holds an LL.B. (with Honours) from Mutah University (2012) and an LL.M. in International Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of Southampton (2015). His academic background reflects a strong foundation in both Jordanian and international legal systems, with a particular emphasis on commercial and corporate disciplines.
Mohammad’s practice spans a wide range of legal fields, including international commercial arbitration, corporate and contract law, administrative law, intellectual property, and Jordanian labour law. His work combines extensive courtroom advocacy with a deep understanding of commercial and regulatory frameworks, allowing him to advise and represent clients across complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
Mohammad possesses extensive litigation experience before all levels of Jordanian courts, both civil and criminal, and has represented clients before the Criminal Court – Corruption Felonies Division. He also represents the firm’s clients in negotiation and mediation proceedings before various international and governmental bodies, demonstrating advanced expertise in dispute resolution and settlement strategies.
He has provided legal representation and support before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris and has offered advisory assistance to clients operating in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom. His litigation practice is complemented by strategic advisory work in high-stakes disputes involving cross-border and institutional proceedings.
Mohammad’s expertise further extends to corporate structuring, company incorporation, transformation, and mergers. He has substantial experience in debt recovery and enforcement procedures and regularly provides legal opinions to a wide range of companies, hospitals, and construction firms. His work also includes drafting and negotiating complex commercial and legal contracts, as well as representing clients before arbitral tribunals in construction, commercial, economic, and investment disputes.
He has participated in several international programmes and workshops on human rights, public international law, and international humanitarian law. He has also lectured in numerous professional and academic forums on human rights and arbitration, reflecting his ongoing commitment to advancing legal knowledge and practice both locally and internationally.
Mohammad is also a member of Young ICCA (International Council for Commercial Arbitration).
