Roqhia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Jordan (2017) and a Master’s degree in Private Law from Mutah University (2020).

Her main areas of practice include corporate law, civil and commercial disputes, FIDIC contracts, and arbitration. She is also specialized in company and intellectual property registration procedures, including trademarks and patents classification, as well as investment law and company registration before the Jordan Investment Commission.

In addition, she has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration claims and is a member of Young ICCA (International Council for Commercial Arbitration).
